Made to Order pieces are created especially for you and may include personalised details, so they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, all items are covered under our 2-year warranty. We use a premium 316L stainless steel base metal to ensure our jewellery is durable, recyclable, and hypoallergenic. Our pieces are then coated with a thick layer of 18K gold.
They are coated using an advanced high-power magnetron process which produces a spectacular lustre and ensures the coating will never fade or tarnish.
They are waterproof and sweatproof so wear them wherever, whenever.

Choose your finish (Gold or Silver), enter the name you'd like on the piece (up to 15 characters), and select a birthstone — your birth month, anniversary month, or any month that's meaningful to you. Your chosen name and birthstone are saved with your order exactly as entered.
Shipping & Delivery+
Each necklace is made to order and requires approximately 3–5 days for production. Once completed, shipping typically takes 5–9 days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
